Let’s see how cool name agency helps small businesses achieve their marketing goals!

Flowers by Anna

Anna owns a small flower shop and was looking to build brand awareness in order to increase sales. The goal was to expand the customer base within a 30km radius of the store. In order to do this, she realized that she needs social media support and contacted Cool Name Agency who set her up with the skillsets of Ava, one of our Social Media Experts. Within 30 days, Ava was able to work with Anna and created a consistent brand aesthetic which was then promoted through Instagram utilizing Pay Per Click strategies focusing on local customers.

Anna experienced a high Return on Ad Spend that was measured by new sales. Ava also built a Facebook presence that in turn promoted customer loyalty. Although Ava did not feel that using paid ads on Facebook was an effective strategy, the steady posting of beautiful flower arrangements gained attention from customers and kept them in the know of current and future promotions.

In conclusion, Ava’s skillset as a social media expert helped Anna drive her internet presence up. Taking the extra step, Taylor helped Anna collect customer e-mail addresses that could then be used by the skillset that Ethan possesses when the time would come for Anna to pursue e-mail campaigns promoting seasonal offers.

    Hair Cuts for You

Derek, the manager, owns a hair salon that saw a lot of new customer traffic but barely any returning customers. This was largely in part because the salon had used Groupon to attract new clients. While the customers left raving reviews they did not return for follow-up appointments.

Derek didn’t know where the disconnect was happening and decided to contact Cool Name Agency who in turn set him up with the skillsets of Alex. Dan’s experience in business management led him to see that while Derek’s customers were initially attracted by the discounted rates, they ultimately had no loyalty to the company as a whole.

After this initial audit, Alex enlisted the help of Emma who saw that in order to entice customers to return, the company would have to focus on an e-mail strategy, offering compelling deals in order to continually drive business back to them versus their competitors. Emma also implemented a digital loyalty card where customers would gain points for every visit and would be able to accumulate those points for a further discount on a service or product.

All in all, Alex and Emma’s skillsets were able to bring Derek’s problem to light and allowed him to not only increase customer retention but his sales as well.

The recommendations and strategies made by Derek’s team allowed him to increase customer retention and ultimately increase his sales!

      Elise IT Consulting

Elise, the owner of a boutique IT consulting agency, was trying to use SEO through a blogging strategy on her website. She noticed that while there was an increase in visitors to her site due to her content, she was lacking potential leads as they were not completing her “more information” form.

Elise contacted Cool Name Agency and added Oliver’s skillset to her marketing team as she believed there was a disconnect with her website strategy. Oliver would be joining and aiding her in-house marketing coordinator in their efforts of converting visitors to qualified leads.

During Oliver’s analysis, he found that the user flow of the website was not adequate and the information was not being presented in a way that would entice potential customers to have a Call To Action (CTA). Using the existing website as a foundation, Oliver made adjustments to the flow of information whereby prospective customers were now able to connect the information from Point A to Point B.

In conclusion, Elise found that there was a significant improvement in qualified leads which ultimately led to an increase in her sales.
